Each tumbler is 40 ounces and costs $20. The $20 tumbler cost is added to the 40-ounce customization base price and any selected add-ons.

In-stock tumblers are first come, first served. Your selection is confirmed after we discuss your order and payment is received.

Every order can vary a little, but this gives you a clear idea of what happens and how long each step normally takes.

  1. 1–2 days

    Consultation

    We’ll talk through your tumbler preference, colors, glitter, design details, price, and any questions.

  2. About 7 business days

    Your tumbler is ordered

    Once the plan and final total are approved and payment is received in full, I’ll order your tumbler and keep you updated while we wait for it to arrive. If you choose one I have in stock, work begins after full payment.

  3. Work begins that day or the next

    Your tumbler arrives

    I’ll begin as soon as possible, depending on what time your tumbler is delivered.

  4. 8 hours rotating · 24 hours resting

    First epoxy coat & design

    The epoxy, inks, and glitter are applied. Your tumbler rotates for 8 hours, then rests for 24 hours.

  5. 8 hours rotating

    Second epoxy coat

    After the first coat has rested, I’ll apply the second coat and place the tumbler back on the turner.

  6. 72 hours

    Final cure

    After its final rotation, the tumbler rests for 72 hours so the epoxy can fully cure.

  7. Ships in 1–2 days · arrives in 5–7 business days

    Shipped to you

    Once cured, I’ll package and ship your tumbler. Delivery timing begins after the package is accepted by the carrier.

Can you recreate an exact swirl or pattern?

No two epoxy pours move or settle the same way, so an exact swirl, blend, or placement cannot be controlled or duplicated. Inspiration photos are welcome, but your finished cup will always be its own one-of-a-kind design.

Can I choose the colors and glitter?

Absolutely. You can choose your favorite colors and whether you want fine glitter, chunky glitter, both, or none. I’ll handle the best color method and confirm the materials with you before I begin the pour.

Who supplies the tumbler?

I purchase and supply every tumbler. Tell me if you prefer a brand such as Owala, Stanley, or a generic Amazon brand—or if the brand does not matter as long as the cup has a certain base color. You can also ask what tumblers I currently have available. The cost of the tumbler is always added to your final price, including cups already in my inventory.

How is pricing decided?

Base customization pricing depends on the cup size and includes three ink colors, up to two fine glitter colors, and one optional chunky glitter color. Extra inks or additional glitter have the small add-on prices listed in the Pricing section. The cost of your tumbler and the applicable shipping cost are added separately to your final price.

When is payment due, and how can I pay?

Your complete order total must be paid in full before I order your selected tumbler or begin work on a tumbler I already have in stock. Payment is accepted through Venmo or PayPal.

How long does a custom order take?

Turnaround depends on current orders and your design. If I need to order the tumbler you selected, its delivery time will be added to the waiting period. As soon as your tumbler arrives, I’ll begin working on it. Epoxy also needs proper curing time, and I’ll keep you updated at every stage so you always know where I am in the process.

Are epoxy tumblers dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is best. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, microwaves, extreme heat, and dropping the tumbler so the finish stays beautiful.
